I think clothing for dogs is geared toward the owners of small dogs.
Large dog clothing is very limited.
http://www.dogdecor.com/dog-clothing.htmlHere is one site that sells backpacks and life jackets and coats

You might try google search for specific
References :
For something along the lines of a St. Bernard--or any dog over 140 lbs--I think you'll have a difficult time.

For the big dogs I work with, it's nigh on impossible to find anything for them--one has a neck that's 36 inches around (he's 147 pounds), and we can't even find them regular collars! I think, if you really want clothing, you'll have to have it custom-made.
References :
Rottweiler care-taker

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! Please don't dress up a big dog....that's just.....well...I can't even find words for it. I don't even like to see little dogs dressed up. They are dogs, not people. Your dog will thank you for it. The only time I will say it's acceptable is when it's cold out and people put sweaters or fleece on their dog to keep it warmer...especially if it is a short haired breed.
References :
I've always used kiddie clothes for my golden retriever. Stores don't carry clothes for the big boned pooches. We're going to have to create a Big and Tall store for doggies.
References :
A martingale collar should tighten enough to give a correction then release.
It should be fitted so that when pulled tight the 2 rings the chain go through have about a thumbs width between them. They should not touch each other. The dog should not be able to slip out of the collar when it is fitted properly.

Like any tool, you still need to use it property and train your dog. A martingale collar can help you give an effective correction, but it won't train your dog for you and can be quite useless if not used right.
